A1 Electricals are fully approved by the NICEIC - the National Inspection Council
for Electrical Installation Contracting. These are an independent consumer safety
organisation that maintains a register of approved contractors. Becoming NICEIC approved
involves stringent annual assessments to ensure that all of its members comply with
British Safety Standards BS7671.
Since January 1st 2005 when domestic wiring became part of the Building Regulations
(Part P), it is now illegal for uncertified people to carry out certain work - even
in their own home. At A1 Electricals we are fully trained and certified to conduct
any works in accordance with all legislation and requirements.
